Simply click the "+" button and choose the DocuSign action. Initial authentication of your DocuSign account is required but only needs to be performed once. Afterwards, you will remain authenticated until your DocuSign session expires, ensuring smooth sailing for your future tasks.
Then, choose a pre-existing template or create a new DocuSign envelope for your document. Provide a clear title, description, document for signature, due date, and assignees.
The assignees can be any users who are members of the Moxo workspace.
After this, Docusign will load inside the Moxo window, so you can set up or modify the signing fields on the document. Simply drag and drop your desired fields into the Docusign frame and send the document out for signature. Your signers will receive the document as an action item within your Moxo workspace, making it simple for them to complete their task.
In Moxo, the signer is able to easily complete pending actions for signature without navigating to additional tabs or windows. By clicking "Review & Sign", the signer is taken directly into DocuSign within the Moxo workspace. This efficient process allows for any questions or clarifications to be addressed prior to signing, ensuring a flawless experience.
Once the signer finishes their signature, they will be redirected back to the Moxo workspace. All members of the workspace will be able to see the completed signature action and the signed document instantly.
