Flow Performance Reports

Now, gain valuable business insights into how processes are running, such as workplace completion rates and duration, to measure efficiency and identify bottlenecks. With Flow Performance Reports, Managers and Admins are now able to see the total number of Flow Workspaces created vs. completed, the total average duration to complete flows, top templates completed by owner (user names included), and all other correlated data for each specific flow. Flow Performance Reports also provide a Quarterly View as well as a Monthly View for each report.

New branding experience

With Moxo’s new branding experience, Admins can easily edit their portal branding. With a clear configurator displaying a preview of changes, Admins can see exactly what their branding experience will look like for internal users and clients. Options vary based on package:

Flow Package:

• Customize portal name, brand color, square logo, rectangle logo, default flow workspace icon, cover image, and dark mode brand color for mobile.
• Preview changes live and toggle between web and mobile views.

Portal Package:

• Includes all Flow Package options plus terms for internal users (e.g., Account Managers, Staff, or Accountants), login image, and additional customization.
• Preview changes for mobile, web, default Flow Cover image, default Flow Workspace image, and Client Dashboard.
• Customize Client Dashboard header, background and foreground colors, Desktop Header options (gradient, image, filter), Mobile Dashboard Header logo, and dark mode settings.

Pin workspaces

Users can pin workspaces to the top of their timeline. This gives easy access to important/core workspaces, or workspaces that are most frequently used.

Share Flow Workspace link

Users now have the ability to share a Flow Workspace link for someone to join the workspace. This will allow anyone with the link to request to join the workspace, which you users in the workspace will be able to accept or deny access.

Email and SMS notifications for messages in Group and 1:1 Workspaces

Users can receive email and SMS notifications when they are @ mentioned in group and 1:1 Workspaces.

Remove users from workspace after completed actions

Once someone has taken action in a flow, as long as any additional actions assigned to them are completed, they can be removed from the workspace.

Bot Framework

With this new release, customers can now add bots directly from the Moxo UI, provided their portal is configured for this feature.

Export Open Workspaces Dashboard and Open Actions Dashboard

Get more flexibility in data analysis by exporting dashboards into other systems or as a downloadable report that can be shared with others

Flow Actions

Internal users can reopen a specific action in the Flow to easily revise, which will allow you to go back and reopen an action without opening all actions that follow.

Archive workspaces

A workspace owner can archive a workspace for everyone in the workspace. Workspace members will be notified, and have the option unarchive the workspace for their own timeline. Additionally, the feature “Automatically Archive” allows users to add an auto-archive date when building a Flow Template or launching a Flow Workspace, which will archive the workspace automatically by the set date.

Enhanced Flow Options Menu

Inside a Flow Workspace, internal users have the ability to use the Eclipse Menu to add or remove a member, make changes, add an action, or set up an automation.

Add roles to Flow Automations

With this update, users can now automatically send an email to the 'Client' role, rather that needing to specify an email address instead. This feature is available for the following automations:
