Flow Alternative Branches

Flow Alternative Branches enables flow builders to create multiple paths within a flow based on the information filled out in a Form action. This feature is essential for processes that may change based on certain conditions or user choices, providing flexibility and customization. Flow Alternative Branches ensure your workflows can adapt seamlessly to different scenarios, making them more efficient and tailored to specific inputs.

Client Portal Tab

This latest org admin branding update brings a significant enhancement to your client portal experience. Admins now have flexibility to reorder and rename modules in the client dashboard to precisely fit your specific use case. These powerful enhancements ensure your client portal is perfectly tailored to your priorities, delivering a personalized and efficient experience.

The updated left-side menu improves navigation to manage modules across your client portal, branding, and more, making it easier to access and manage different sections.

Milestone Template

Introducing Milestone Templates to streamline workflows by creating reusable templates for common milestones. Easily replicate recurring milestones across multiple processes, include essential actions for consistency, and drag and drop these templates into Flow templates. Flexible and efficient, Milestone Templates can be added to both existing and new flows, enhancing workflow management.

Multiple Assignees for a File Request

Now, add multiple assignees to a File Request action. This is essential for scenarios where either multiple people need to upload a file or any one person from a group can complete the upload. In the File Request creator, you can choose between "One Assignee" or "All Assignees" for file uploads, and toggle sequential order on or off. This feature enhances flexibility and efficiency in managing file requests.

Multiple Assignees for Forms

Add multiple assignees to collaborate on a form together. With this feature, multiple people can contribute to filling out a form, but only one assignee needs to click ‘submit’ to finalize it. Once submitted, the form is considered complete for all assignees. All participants can view real-time updates and data entered by others to prevent conflicts, and the form cannot be submitted until all required fields are completed. This enhances teamwork and ensures comprehensive data collection.

Outgoing Webhook Automation

Seamlessly connect your workflows with external systems using Moxo's new Outgoing Webhook automation. Receive immediate updates in other systems when actions are completed in a Moxo flow.

Flow Template Folder

You can now create folders under the Template Library to better organize flow templates. Users can select who they want to share folders with, and members inside the folder can create their own Flow templates.

Note:

• No sub-folders can be created within a folder.
• Admins and folder owners can delete the entire folder.

Customize File Storage Folder

Set up custom system folders and automatically send files from completed e-signatures and file requests to a specific system folder of your choice.

Manage Shared Flow Templates

Admin users now have the option to control who can create shared Flow templates.

‍Global Search Form Content

Search for specific form content using global search, rather than just the form name as before.

Workspace Name Search

Users can now find workspaces by name using Global Search, including results from both the timeline and the archive list.

Invite Client Updated UX

The user journey has been updated when inviting clients to a new or existing workspace.

Engagement Tab UI Updates

Explore the updated Clients UI inside the Engagement tab. With these UI enhancements, you can now view a detailed summary of client user activity from the past 30 days, including engagement indicators, Shared Workspaces, and more.

E-Sign Enhancement

Users can now adjust the font size when creating text boxes in an e-sign request.

Configure Quicklinks

Admins can now easily configure Quicklinks directly from the Admin portal by using the new Quicklinks tab.

Invite Participant

The invite participant journey has been enhanced with the ability to include a private message in the workspace invite email, updated invite fields, improved new user invite behavior, and updated contact list selection process.

Other Tuning Tasks

• In Forms, added support for the 'Protected Field' attribute in the Date field.
• Enabled the removal of uploaded flow cover images.
• The “Email Privacy” setting now also includes SMS within its controlled scope.
• Enhanced the file uploading user experience on mobile.
• Increased the dropdown elements in Forms to 250 options, accommodating use cases such as selecting countries.
• E-sign now supports the “Full Name” field and automatically generates initials for the first-time signer.
• In the Android app UI, changed the Save button from "check mark" to "Save" on the User Profile page.
• ADA Support for the updated home page.
• Support “Arrow” & “Esc” keys when viewing file attachments from actions.
• Update version of Google API for Android app.
