Read-Only Workspace View

Introducing the new Read-Only Workspace view for managers and admins, enhancing visibility into workspaces. This feature allows manager and admin users to click into workspaces from the 'Open Workspaces,' 'Open Actions,' 'Internal Users,' 'Clients,' and 'Flow Performance' tabs to view detailed context of workspace activity. Previously, users could only see the status of overdue actions; now, they can immediately dive into a workspace to understand the reasons behind delays or bottlenecks. This view provides critical insight into the specific factors affecting process flow, enabling better oversight and more informed decision-making.

Disable "Leave a Message" in Live Support

Organizations can now toggle the "Leave a Message" option on or off in the Live Support module. By default, this feature is enabled, allowing users to leave a message when an agent is unavailable.

Overdue Filter

Users can now filter their Open Workspaces dashboard with the new Overdue Filter, showing only workspaces with one or more overdue actions.

Wealthbox CRM

Moxo now offers a data-sync integration with Wealthbox CRM. A connector has been built to enable businesses to seamlessly share data from Moxo to their Wealthbox CRM, ensuring that information stays updated across both platforms and enhances the client management process.

  • Introduced a new role-based ACL to disable Spot Comment.
  • Introduced new role-based ACLs to enable and disable actions.
  • Rest APIs now support skipping sequential order when adding actions to a flow.
  • Send a single email or SMS notification for parallel steps in flow workspaces.
  • Added a configuration to enable or disable Magic Code login.
  • Introducing system feeds and notifications when an agent or customer ends a live support session.
  • Added a new chat message in the Service Request feed and now sending a push notification when a service request is marked as completed.
  • RestAPI now supports 'Launch Web App' actions.
