Integration Marketplace

Moxo’s Integration Marketplace allows you to use external apps in your workspaces so you never have to break the flow. Now, you can use apps like DocuSign and Jumio right from within a Moxo workspace.

Zoom Integration

Schedule and start Zoom meetings within Moxo.

Schedule meetings from the Calendar, or from within a workspace after logging in with your Zoom credentials.

Note:

• Contact your Customer Success Manager to change your meeting option inside Moxo from Moxo meetings to Zoom.

New Enhancements

Workspace Level Notification Options

Leverage new workspace-level notification options to deliver prompt reminders and emails to individuals who have not yet joined the workspaces. This applies to all new workspaces created.

You are now able to send timely reminders to assignees to take action, both before and after due dates, ensuring no critical tasks are overlooked.

Note:

• The owner of the workspace will be able to configure this for users in each workspace, or from their Profile section
• Up to 3 reminders are sent based on the set frequency and duration for minimum disruption

Autofill Form Data on Fillable PDF

You can now leverage form data in auto-detected fields within e-sign documents. Optimize your signing process with this enhancement.

Seamlessly transfer information filled out in a Form to the auto-generated text boxes of a fillable PDF E-signature document, within a Flow workspace.

This helps to eliminate manual data entry, ensuring a swift and error-free signing experience for both you and your clients.

Meeting UX Enhancements

When users on a Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser encounter insufficient system permissions, they are now able to view valuable user tips to help enable the required permissions.

Simplified User Invites

Now, instead of entering a ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ separately, you can conveniently add your 'Full Name' in a single field, simplifying the user invite process.

• No changes to Invite/Export users from CSV or APIs

Global Login

Effortlessly login to your Mac or Windows Desktop App with just your email. The system will automatically identify the portal URL associated with your registered email ID, streamlining the login process for your convenience.
