Introducing Version 8.11

Client Groups

Client Groups are designed to easily group individual client users together. Admin users can designate client groups through the Admin Portal under the Client Groups tab, and assign Group Managers to each group. Once a Client Group is created, Group Managers can easily add or remove client users from a group. Up to 40 client users can be added to a group.

Client Groups can be added to a workspace and easily accessed by filtering timelines by client groups. Client Groups are also available under a client user’s profile.

Moxo Flow Automations

Moxo’s new Flow Automations automatically trigger actions in external applications when a flow action is completed. Flow Automations can be set up by either using the Flow Template Builder, or from within an existing Workspace.

Box When a document is submitted to a flow action in a Workspace, the document can now be automatically sent to Box.

Slack When an action is completed in a Workspace, a notification can be automatically sent to a Slack channel.

Timeline Filtering

Multiple new filtering options are now available to enhance the user experience.

Using the Filter button next to the timeline search bar to access these filter options:

  1. Filter by Client Groups, a new feature that creates groups of individual client users.
  2. Filter using the new Group by feature to group workspaces by Clients, Client Groups, or Flow Templates.
  3. The Unread filter is now available.
  4. Filter by Workspace Type and/or Member Type
  5. Access your Archive by clicking on the three dots next to the Timeline tab.

Conversations to Workspaces

In this update, “Conversations” will now be called “Workspaces” to reflect the latest upgraded experiences. This language chance will be reflected throughout your portal.

Auto Save Flexibility for Moxo Notes

With this update, choose whether you would like to enable or disable the Auto Save function within each Note. This is available on both web and mobile.

Private Labeled App Self Sign-Up: Kick Off A Service Request

When a new client downloads your private labeled app and signs up through the Self Sign-Up option, a New Client Sign-Up Service Request will be automatically created for your internal team.

Note: This function is only available for Private Labeled apps. This option is disabled by default, but can be enabled on request.

Additional Enhancements

Added option to use the term “Account” in place of “Client” in your portal

Live Support user experience update- the connection graphic has been updated using a dynamic action rather than a static logo

Others:

  • Fixed an inconsistent issue where users received emails in different languages
  • Fixed an email preview issue 
  • Fixed and Android crash issues
