Moxo’s new Jumio Integration can be used as a KYC identity verification and validation step in your process. Set up the Jumio integration as an action in a Flow. This function is disabled by default, but can be enabled on request.
When an action is completed in a Flow, automatically alert any recipients by sending an email message via Gmail. To activate:
1. Click on the “automations” button while building a flow template or from a workspace to add a new automation to a step in your Flow.
2. Select the flow step you’d like to connect to the Gmail Automation when completed by clicking “flow step” and choosing from the drop down menu.
3. Click on “do this” and choose “Send an email” from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on “email” to enter the subject and body of the email. Click “Save”.
5. Click “someone” to enter the gmail address you’d like to send the Flow notification to. Click “Save.”
6. Click “Add Automation”
The Gmail address will automatically receive a notification when the selected flow step is complete.
Live Chat Template Messages are designed for agents to easily respond in a live chat using pre-written content. Set up template messages from the Admin Portal. Write pre-written message titles and message scripts for agents to leverage. Add variables to your scripts for additional customization. To use a template message in a live chat, ent ‘#’ in the chat and select the title of the template message you would like to use.
External client users can now archive workspaces to remove past workspaces from their timeline without impacting other users. This can be done through the workplace settings menu, by toggling the “Archive Workspace” tab.
Meetings now include an enhanced user experience with meeting chat notification and microphone muting tips.
