Decline a meeting with a message

Declining an incoming 1:1 meeting by responding with a message. On Mobile: Clicking the “Custom”message option will instantly open your 1:1 conversation. Otherwise, clicking any other standard message options listed will automatically sending your 1-1 conversation. On Web: Clicking the “LeaveMessage” button will automatically open your 1:1 conversation. iOS Callkit is not included at this time.

File requests

You can now reopen a file request after a file has been uploaded. Easily make changes to uploaded files and re-submit the file request in case of errors.

Flow email notifications

In case a user misses messages or is not logged in to your portal, you can ensure they will receive an email or SMS notification when messages are sent in a flow conversation.

Please note the following conditions: The user will only receive an email or SMS notification if they are not logged in and not receiving push notifications.Once the first email notification is sent, the user will only receive further email or SMS notifications for new messages, once they open the flow conversation.

Transfer work

A deeper search experience now enables you to seamlessly transfer work based on the user in a conversation. Simply search a user’s name and see all conversations they are a participant in -then select the conversations you would like to transfer.

Web notifications

We have enhanced your web notifications in the internal business portal, for an improved experience. You will now receive notifications in the following cases:

When a client user is added via REST API or CSV import. When a client user is added via transfer relationships. When an internal user is invited to a client user’s team via Org Admin UI or REST API.

Forms

In this month’s form tuning enhancements, you can now: Select one permission at a time - either the “Required Field” or “Read Only” option. Utilize the “Auto Fill” option to automatically enter the email address of an assignee. Ensure all required answers in a page are filled out before moving to the next page with immediate notification of missing fields.

Meeting Language Change: When starting a meeting, the language that appears in the conversation has changed to “[User Name] is Calling”.
