Assign multiple users to an approval or acknowledgement

You can now assign multiple users to take action on a single Approval or Acknowledgement.

Note: The default requires assignees to take action in Sequential Order. If you turn off this option, assigned users can take action in parallel.If users are assigned to take action in parallel order, there are multiple options available to complete the action.

• All Assignees This requires all users to complete the Approval or Acknowledgement, The Majority of Assignees This requires more than half the users to take action to complete the Approval or Acknowledgement, One Assignee This requires only one of the assigned users to take action to complete the Approval or Acknowledgement

Resend invitation to client users outside of 1:1 conversations

Users can now resend client invitations from the members list in a group conversation, or from the the “Pending Invites” section under the “Manage” tab.

Transfer Group & Flow Conversations

Easily transfer group and flow conversations when reassigning external users to a new internal team.

Support custom domain for calendar integration & desktop app

Our Google calendar and Outlook plugins now support customers that use a custom URL as their domain.

Android virtual video background

Virtual video background is now officially supported on the Android mobile app. Select a background of your choice and turn on your video.

User experience enhancements

Quicklinks Title character limit has increased from 25 to 30 characters

‍Service Request Reports now have a new column - “Average time to resolution from assignment” - designed to provide better accuracy when measuring the effectiveness of account managers

‍Role Terminology Added “Vendor”, “Supplier”, and “Partner” for external user roles
