Redtail

Configure a daily job that logs updates to any conversations and logs them back to your CRM. Keep your Redtail CRM in sync with all your Moxo activity with a client - conversations, files, meetings, e-signatures, annotations, and more.

How to setup

The Redtail Connector can be set up by an administrator from the Moxo management portal.

Redtail integration sync

Sync runs at the time you’ve configured during the setup. Sync fetches updates to any conversations during the past 24 hours and logs them as client activity in your Redtail CRM. Client’s email field is used to match a client’s Moxo account to their Redtail CRM account.

Redtail integration monitor

View a complete history of all daily syncs from the management portal. View results of each sync (SUCCESS/FAILURE) to track status and ensure correct integration setup. View details about each sync (number of conversations, users, and messages synced).
