Getting started with Moxo workspaces

Once you’ve signed up for an account with Moxo, you’ll have access to workspaces you have been added to. Workspaces allow you to interact and engage with appropriate team members throughout your project lifecycle. You may have 1:1 workspaces with a team member, or a group workspace with multiple team members.

Flows within a workspace are structured to guide you through project processes and allow you to track progress within a project and take action when needed.

Additionally, you may see Quicklinks that guide you to external URL’s you may need when engaging with an organization.

Meeting notifications will appear on the top left of your timeline until you accept or reject the invitation, and the “meetings” icon on the left side toolbar will bring you to your calendar showing all upcoming meetings and where you can schedule meetings.
