Signing up for an account

‍There are multiple ways to sign up for an account. You may receive an invitation to register for an account in Moxo, a magic link to a specific workspace, or an invitation to register for an account through a private-label app.

When you receive an invitation via email or mobile phone, Click the link. Your browser will open an account set-up screen. Once you Create a password, review and agree to the terms, your account will be created and stored. You’ll now have access to login to Moxo, with an email and a unique password.

When you receive an invite to join a flow workspace directly, Click on the link and your browser will open directly to an action item within the flow workspace. If you’d like to sign up for an account, follow the prompts to create one.

When signing up for an account through a private label app, Download the app onto your device, and you can Self sign up. You won’t be able to sign-up directly through the web browser.
