As an internal user, you can invite clients to join a workspace to engage and interact with and get business done.

To invite a client, Click New+ on the top right of the web browser, or click the plus sign on the bottom center of the mobile app, and select “Invite Client” from the dropdown menu.

Type in the client’s first name, last name, and email address. To invite a client via phone number, click “invite via phone number instead”, and enter the client’s name and phone number. Click “send invitation”, and the client will receive an email or text message inviting them to join the workspace.

You can also share an invite link by selecting the “share invite link” tab, and copying the link to share to clients.

Internal users cannot invite other internal users to the portal. If you need to invite an internal user to the portal, contact your portal administrator for support.
