To enroll into the portal, you will see an email inviting you to join.

In the email, click on the “Join Now” button and the portal’s web browser will launch from your device.

Here, using your email as a username, you will be prompted to create a password that includes upper case and lower case letters, a special character, and a number.

If you create your account via a Mobile Device you will need to download the appropriate App to interact with portal.  Internal Users will not be able to access portal through the Mobile Web Browser.

Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, you will be enrolled to the portal.
