In this lesson, we will explore the multiple ways to schedule meetings within the portal.
From the New drop down menu, you have the option to schedule or start a meeting instantly. To start a meeting, select start a meeting, and here you will have the option to start the camera for a video meeting, or leave the camera off for an audio meeting.

Select Start and the meeting will begin. Join the audio via computer or telephone, with the option to skip this prompt in subsequent meetings by selecting automatically join computer audio in the future.

If choosing to call in via telephone, a prompt will appear with a dial in, meeting ID, and Participant number.

Once in the meeting, invite participants by selecting invite and adding participants using name, email or phone number. Click Invite, and invited participants will receive a Moxo, email, or phone notification requesting them to join the meeting in progress.

To schedule a meeting, select schedule meeting from the New drop down menu.
Here, you will name the meeting, select a date, start time and end time, with the ability to adjust the time via appropriate time zone.

The repeat drop down menu gives you the option to never repeat a meeting and leave it as a one time occurrence, or to repeat the meeting at the same time daily, weekly, or monthly.
