Acknowledgements

To create a new acknowledgement, title your request. You’ll have the option to add an attachment, description, and due date. To require all attachments to be opened before acknowledging, click additional options and select this. Add an assignee using name, email, or phone number. If you’d like, you can preview the acknowledgement before continuing to the next step.

Select Next, and add the approval to an existing conversation, or create a new conversation. Then, click Send Acknowledgement. The request will be added to a conversation, and the assignee will be notified. You’ll have the option to save this acknowledgement as a template in your content library to use again easily.
