To-Dos

There are multiple ways to add a to-do action. To create a to-do from the content library, select the content library in the sidebar. Click Create, and select To-Do from the drop down menu.

To create a to-do from the actions tab, hover over the actions tab in the sidebar. Click on the plus icon and select To-Do.Name your To-Do and then add a description. Set a due date by selecting from the drop down calendar and add an assignee from your contacts by typing in their name, email, or phone number. 

If relevant, add an attachment from your desktop, the library, a conversation, or a weblink. Under Additional Options, you can toggle the option to set a reminder and set a date or time for a notification. You’ll have the option to set permissions on who can edit the to-do, as well as who can complete it. 

View a preview of the to-do if needed, and then, select Next. Add the to-do to an existing conversation, or create a new one. You’ll have the option to save this to-do as a template in your content library to use again easily.
