Only content library editors can add content to the library. Admin users can adjust the editors list through permissions in the Admin portal.

When creating or uploading items into the Content Library, items will be available to all internal users, unless they are placed into folders that are visible only to selected users. Library editors can designate the accessibility of the items available to all internal users, or configure specific users for folders within the Content Library.
