You can add files or templates from the content library directly into workspaces. Note that opening the content library is only available via desktop and only internal users have access to the content library. If a file or template has been placed in a restricted access folder, users without access will not have the item in their library.


To add a content library file to a workspace from the messaging window, click on the “plus”. Click on the arrow icon, then click “From Content Library” from the dropdown menu and select the file you’d like to add. Click “Choose”, add comments if needed, and then click “Add” and the file will be added to the workspace.  


To add a content library template to a workspace, click on the “plus” symbol. Click on the arrow icon, then click “Use Content Library” and select the item you’d like to add. Click “Continue” and review template details. Make edits if necessary, and assign a user from the workspace to the template by typing in their name, email, or phone number. If there are multiple assignees, you’ll have the option to toggle “Sequential Order” which will only allow users to take action after the previous assignee has completed their task. Use the drag symbol to order assignees as needed. Send the template, and it will be added to the workspace and the assignees will be notified.
