Editing a launched Flow

Open the flow conversation you’d like to edit. Select the step in the flow you’d like to edit or remove.

Click on the ellipse icon on the top right of the step details window.

From the drop down menu, select edit content to edit the action itself, or remove step to remove the action from the flow. These edits will only affect this flow and not the flow template.

If you’d like to save this edited flow, choose save as template, and the adjusted flow will be added as a new template in the flow template library.

To add a new step in the Flow Conversation, Click on the ellipse icon located at the top right of the template screen. From the dropdown menu, select add new step. From the pop up window, place where you’d like the step in the flow by selecting the add here button where you’d like the step to be placed. Select the action object you’d like to add, and follow action item steps by choosing an action item template or creating a new action item. Choose the assignee, and then click add step, and the step will be added to the flow.
