Introduction to Flow

In this course, we will show you how to build and set up a Flow template, using the template gallery to store flow templates, initiate flow conversations, and make changes to live flow conversations. You will also learn how to manage multiple flows, how to add users to a flow, how you can add external users, and how to send out a flow.
