Preview a Form

With Preview, you can view your form before sending it out to collect responses. Select the Eye symbol. Here, you can see a preview of your form on both Desktop and Mobile.

Click on the X on the top right of the window to return to the Form Builder Template. Once your Form is completed, Click Next. Name your template, and choose the location from the dropdown menu.

Add any additional description details if necessary. Click Create.
