In this lesson, you’ll learn the settings within a conversation and how to modify them. Click the settings icon.

Rename a group conversation, by selecting “edit”. You can only rename a conversation if you’re the owner. Each conversation has a unique email address. Forward emails directly into a Moxo conversation by sending an email to that address.

You can manage the notifications you receive with these settings. Use the “all activities” setting to receive all notifications, the “mentioned or assigned actions” will limit notifications to when you are mentioned in the conversation or need to take action on something, and the nothing setting mutes all notifications.

You are also able to choose whether all users, including clients, can pin or unpin the conversation, or if only internal users are allowed to.

Duplicating the conversation will create a copy of the conversation added to your timeline with all existing files, folders, and actions. It won’t copy over the interaction history. You can also leave the conversation, which will notify other members that you’ve left.

Owners of the conversation have the option to delete the thread. Group conversations can be deleted, direct conversations cannot.
