Using conversations

Conversations store all ongoing messages and notifications of activity, like an uploaded file or a pending approval.

To upload a file, click the plus button and select file. You can also go to the files tab, and select “add”. From there, upload a file from your Moxo Content Library or from your device.

There are many ways to engage on a file. Click the pencil icon to access annotations. From there, you’ll access a suite of interaction capabilities, including drawing, highlighting, arrows, and more.

You can also create dynamic audio-visual spotlight clips. Click the record icon to record your screen and voice simultaneously. Turn on your camera to enhance the personalization of your clip.

To make spot comments, click on the part of the document you’d like to call attention to, and a text box will appear. Other participants can respond directly to this thread, for continued engagement on this specific comment.

To star a meeting in a conversation, select the “meeting” icon. Select “meet now” or schedule a meeting for a later date and time. All conversation members will be added to the meeting automatically. To remove a participant, hover on their name and click the x. To add a participant that isn’t in the conversation thread, select them from the dropdown. Remember, this will only invite someone to the meeting, not to the overall conversation.

Flow Conversations are designed to help you streamline your processes with clients. Create templates with pre-defined automated steps and designated roles, all while keeping all interactions related to the Flow in a unified space.

When setting up a flow conversation, assign roles and trigger actions as part of a workflow. Assignees can be specific people, or roles within your organization, like an onboarding manager.

When a new Flow Conversation is started, the contacts attached to each role are added to the conversation. Clients can interact in the flow conversation without having to exit the flow. Once each action item is completed, it’s marked and the client can continue to the next step.
