Get started with the Admin Portal

Welcome to the admin portal. Here, the designated administrators of your organization will have access to configure roles and permissions. In this course, you'll learn about the capabilities and features you have access to as an administrator in Moxo.

The admin portal is accessible through the browser or desktop application, it is not available through mobile. To access the admin portal, click the ‘admin’ key icon on the top bar. In this course, we’ll cover Internal and external user management, team management, Permissions, Reports, Audit Trail, and the Content Library.

We’ll also explore advanced features like client requests and live support. These may or may not be available in your admin portal, depending on the Moxo package you’ve purchased.
