Service Requests

Requests is an advanced feature available in some Moxo plans. With requests, clients, vendors, or partners can to reach in and file a specific request. Requests can be filed through the client portal.

To set up requests, select advanced features and then click Service Requests. Select New Type.

Fill out the description. The description is only visible in the Admin portal to distinguish between the different types of requests. Clients will not see the description. Choose who can create and submit this request. You can choose to allow all clients or only unassigned clients to submit the request.  

Click next. Here you can select which users you’d like to designate as agents to respond to the service requests. You can also toggle to include all admin users as agents.

Click create. To edit your request, click the ellipse menu. Here you can add additional agents, edit your request, and re-configure permissions.
