Adding files from the sidebar

To add a file from the options menu, click the plus symbol next to the files icon. Here, you can either upload a new file from your device, or you can upload a file from the content library. Once the preferred file is selected, you can add an accompanying comment. You’ll then have the option to add the file to an existing conversation or create a new conversation. Click add, and the file will be directly uploaded into the selected conversation, along with any associated comments.
