Downloading files

To download a file, click the ellipse menu next to the file in the chat window, or choose the ellipse menu at the top right of an open file. Select “download”. If the file has annotations, you may download the file with annotation, or choose to download the original content. Make your selection, and the file will be downloaded to your computer or mobile device. Once a file is downloaded, you have the option to edit the file and re-upload into Moxo as needed.
