Copying files

Files can be copied between conversations. There are three ways to access and copy files.

From the left options menu, select Files. Locate the file you’d like to copy, and click on its ellipse. Choose Copy To and then choose the conversation in which you’d like the file copied. If there are folders within that conversation, you can choose to place the file in the appropriate folder.

You also have the option to create a new folder within the conversation in which to store the file by selecting New Folder, entering a name, and clicking Create. This will create a new folder or subfolder that is directly added to the conversation. Add any relevant comments, and click Save. The file will be copied and stored into the selected conversation.

You can also copy a file directly from the messaging tab in a conversation. Locate the file in the chat messages within a conversation, and click on its ellipse menu. Select Copy To and then choose the conversation in which you’d like the file copied. If there are folders within that conversation, you can choose to place the file in the appropriate folder. You also have the option to create a new folder within the conversation in which to store the file by selecting New Folder, entering a name, and clicking Create. This will create a new folder or subfolder that is directly added to the conversation. Add any relevant comments, and click Save. The file will be copied and stored in the selected conversation.

To copy files from within the conversation files tab - while in Files, select the file you’d like to copy. At the top of the window, locate the icon for Copy To.
