Annotating files

Moxo’s annotation suite allows users highlight key details and have dynamic discussions. Draw, highlight, add text, place arrows, and shapes, directly on files. To open the suite, click the file and select the annotation icon.

With the draw icon, users can choose a color and density of a line. With the highlight icon, users can select a color and density of the highlight. The text icon lets users choose the color, font, and font size of text and will create a text box in the document for typewriting. The arrow icon lets users choose the color and density of an arrow graphic. The rectangle icon lets users choose the color and density of the rectangle graphic.

The select icon lets users select different annotations to move and re-size within the file. The erase icon lets users erase any annotations.
