Spotlight recording

Explain anything clearly and effortlessly with spotlight. Record your screen and camera and create dynamic audio-visual comments. To start a spotlight, open the file and click the “Start recording” icon.

Once the spotlight window opens, press the space bar to start recording. During the recording, users can speak, point, draw, highlight and make text and graphic notes to the document. Press the space bar or pause button to end the recording. To continue recording, press the space bar again, otherwise, exit out of the recording. You will be given an option to save and name the clip. Click “Save”, and the recording will be saved in the conversation. It will appear in the chat window and be saved as a media file under the files tab.
