Pinning files

You can pin a file, bookmarking it in your conversation. To pin a file within the chat window, click on the ellipse menu to the left of the file and select pin. To pin a file from the opened preview, expand the ellipse menu and select pin.

To access your pinned items, locate the pins icon at the top right of the chat window, and click to open. To unpin an item, locate the pin to the top right corner of the selected file and click to unpin.
